Cordial invitation to the 4th meeting of “Curators Inside”, which takes up and discusses the practice of exhibition workers in curatorial workshops. Different approaches and perspectives are the main focus to show future developments in the mediation of contemporary art from the curators’ point of view.
We are very pleased to present the curator Andreas Fiedler in this context, who is the director of the KINDL Center for Contemporary Art, which was opened last autumn. There are various possibilities for different display formats in the 20 m boiler house and on three floors of the machine house. In addition to general reflections on the structure and development of the exhibition hall, Andreas will also explain to us his curatorial guidelines for the boiler house. The work “Olympia” by David Claerbout can be seen at the moment.
