“During fall, join us for one last chance to see the exciting projects that LMCC Process Space artists-in-residence have been developing on the island since July. Over the course of two days, audiences can roam through the studios the former army warehouse turned LMCC’s Arts Center, and experience a variety of in-progress and completed visual, literary, and performing art works. There will be painting, sketch, new media, writing, theater, dance and performance art projects sure to inspire new ideas and perspectives, providing an avenue for artists and audiences to engage in dialogue.

During Open Texts, audiences can hear readings of short stories, novel excerpts, and other writings that artists have created during their residency.”

Transart faculty Mary Ting will be exhibiting work produced during her residency with the Joan Mitchell Foundation.
